The Sales Specialist will achieve In Market Sales target for total MCS, Product Group, Area, Strategic Customers in specified geographic territory via Account / Distributor Management in accordance with Terumo’s compliance rule and corporate mission / vision .
He/she will drive sustainable growth for MCS through increasing sales & profit via Business Development, Account Development and Raising awareness of Terumo brand/s leading to Market Share & Penetration expansion in all channels within geographic territory of responsibility and ensure consistent delivery of execution and call metrics KPI sustaining relationship with key accounts: exploring specific needs / anticipating new opportunities in a particular territory.
We are looking for a candidate to lead development of confidence, rapport with Strategic Customers and Distributors; Establish and maintain regular personal contact with all relevant decision makers and key influencers (end users) on assigned territory and promote specific products in the prescribed manner to identified target audience in conjunction with strategic marketing plans and territory business plans.
